Mautic: Add Contact to Do Not Contact

Add a contact to Do Not Contact in the selected Mautic connection.

Select the Mautic connection to use for this action.

Name of token

Provide the name of a token where the value should be stored. Please provide the token name only, without brackets.

Contact ID

Enter the Mautic contact ID.

Channel

Channel of DNC. For example 'email', 'sms'. Default is 'email'.

Reason

Reason for DNC. 1: Unsubscribed, 2: Bounced, 3: Manual.

Channel ID

ID of the entity which was the reason for unsubscribe (optional).

A text describing details of DNC entry (optional).
