Grants calendar access permissions to users, groups, or domains with specified roles. Supports email notifications about the sharing change.

Fields

Authentication Type — config key: auth_type

Choose between API Client (OAuth2) or Service Account authentication.

Allowed values: api_client, service_account

Authentication Source — config key: auth_from

Choose whether to select authentication directly or use a token for dynamic selection.

Allowed values: direct, token

API Client — config key: api_client_id

Search and select an API Client for OAuth2 authentication.

Type: textfield · Required: no · Default: empty string

Service Account — config key: service_account_id

Search and select a Service Account for server-to-server authentication.

Client ID from Token — config key: auth_client_from_token

Token that resolves to a client ID (e.g., [user:field_google_client_id]). The token should contain just the client ID, not the auth type prefix.
This field supports tokens.

Calendar ID — config key: calendar_id

The ID of the calendar to grant access to. Use "primary" for the user's primary calendar.
This field supports tokens.

Access Role — config key: role

The level of access to grant to the user/group/domain.

Type: select · Required: yes · Default: reader

Allowed values depend on the configuration of the target site.

Value format: A user role machine name on the target site. anonymous and authenticated always exist.

Access Scope Type — config key: scope_type

The type of entity to grant access to.

Type: select · Required: yes · Default: user

Allowed values: default, user, group, domain

Email/Domain — config key: scope_value

Email address for user/group access, domain name for domain access, or leave empty for default (public) access.
This field supports tokens.

Send Notifications — config key: send_notifications

Whether to send email notifications about the sharing change.

Type: checkbox · Required: no · Default: false

Access Token Name — config key: access_token_name

Token name to store the access rule details. Accessible as [token_name:acl_id], [token_name:role], [token_name:scope_type], [token_name:scope_value].
This field supports tokens.
